Company is new and growing at far most level

Dislikes

Company terminates most employees without notice period and recruits new. And will do same with them. Company is too secretive that you are not allowed to talk to your colleagues. While work there is no time to rest even for five minutes, and for any mistake they send mail for bearing losses.

There is nothing good about this company. Do not join this company. They don't follow there ethics.

Dislikes

The head and HR is very harsh in speaking they won't even give u an answer to your question. For everything from why being 2 mins late to leave they need evidence which is not fair. There language with employees is not at all professional. Think twice before joining. And lastly there is no old employees except the head of bd and HR.
