Appraisal is done but not in true form. For example, my Salai is 2nd center's F.M. My salary is double than mine but I have to pay the same amount. My thinking is that it is not the same but it is average.

No job security, any day can be your last day, when you receive personal phone call from HR, not an email, its the day..., unethical organisation, worse than the LALA companies. Funny part: COO monitors resources like school.

When i joined Physics wallah. Then my salary in hand was 9999 per month, and after increase my salary become 10410 rupees. Only rs 410 per month increased. my room rent 3000 bike petrol 1500 food 3000 and extra expenses 1500-2000. 1 Month sellery free. its only costs one man.

i had joined Physics wallah with a lot of hope. But now the hopes seem to be dashing. poor many employees came here leaving other jobs. But within one year, they removed 100-150 employees from here without any reason. Due to which the other employees also started scared. Some employees also crying. at the time when the employees were being fired, as the name kept coming, the fear was increasing. The prospect of leaving the job was increasing. That moment was very traumatic, because of this the rest of the employees who solved all the problems that came their way and worked very hard to make this company stand up. Got them out. Due to this, the rest of the employees also lost their trust in the company. Now he is living working in this fair. That in a few days we will also be removed from here. And still this series is going on, now the employees are not able to work honestly with that passion as they used to do before. he is just doing his job. He is worried about his job and his family . For some employees, this job is the only means of living. PW has done very wrong with us. if it was to be removed then way kept us. and the work of those who turned out to be employees has also been put on other employees. And a lot of torture is being done. so that he himself resigns
