Worst experience in entire career to joined this organisation. HR policy is very dominating, Instantly they can ask you leave from the organisation and will convince you that they will pay you one and half month of compensation, due to lay off they said that without any intimation and proper mail, but in every Centre there is a HRBP for support(Wasting time and money. They even don't justify their pay out) the staff ,but it's fake ,they are there to poke in all terms . Very bad experience never going to support anyone to join this organisation.

In this organisation,their is no ethics, If you are hired by top seniors refferance then only can sustain,otherwise ita very tuff to sustain . Highly politics among the colleagues which is created by the top authority. All the staffs those joined with refferance,their ethics and analytical view is totally opposite agains Alakh pandy and prateek(Founder and co founder) sirs view . Their views is different but the moderator person creates a very bad environment towards the system.specially the HR .., I was a associate Manager of this organisation so this is written with my full concern in a healthy mind .

1. Salary always on time. 2. Reimbursement on time. 3. Arrange team gathering and Parties 4. Provide Extra curricular activities once a year.

Dislikes

1. Less salary as per industry standards 2. No work life balance ( if u joined pw in sales and marketing than your personal life is vanished. You have more 11.30 average per day, also need to compromise weekoff) 3. System is centralized but act like decentralized. 4. Mismanagement of Central HR team, HR team never ever will heard from you. Will always relay on Senior Management 5. Operations issue - PW need lot of improvement in offline business. Pw have great identity in online but they are slightly declined in offline

No job security, any day can be your last day, when you receive personal phone call from HR, not an email, its the day..., unethical organisation, worse than the LALA companies. Funny part: COO monitors resources like school.

Politics , HR is very weak , Gender Disparity , Pay disparity , Every leader has their cousin/relatives in their team. Open fraud in terms of commissions being done by some leaders ignored

Only do as per the CH instruction only. -No Life - No growth - No Increment. -This situation were there's no personal life - No Growth - No opportunities, and no increment in salary ( if also depend on CH/ BH only) - Rigid expectation for work to be done by a specific deadline or same time. - In Work culture or environment that is seen as supportive or encouraging towards women in the work place.
