...ally don’t care about employees opinions or concerns, be it male or a female.. career growth is scope less, salary hike is 3k p/m(standard) if you perform exceptionally well.. Company sucks at employee relations too, not even once in my 11yrs of exp have seen a HR team connecting with its employees.. No female HR or not even house keeping staff is available during night times for the well-being of female employees..

Speaking frankly, I dislike my salary. Now, salary isn’t the most important thing for me. But when you have a family, and bills to pay, items add up pretty quickly, and you easily end up with an empty bank account. No growth in company.

One of the waste company accourdin to the employee growth zero growth in this company the company is increasing economical but employee not they won't care about the employee

I gained good knowledge in phycare.Hr department n mangers are good in phycare.

Dislikes

Salary is so less in phycare. Even Labour get good daily wages. Even hikes are less.No benefits, no allowences, no proper facilities.They even do not provide a tissue paper.work pressure is more in phycare. Working in phycare is just like going school. I never felt like am woking in corporate company. Sad for being an employee in phycare for 3 years.
