Very happy to work there good environment. I got a very good team, team support is good. Company salaries and hikes will increase every year.

I'm just disappointed with the policies, like there is 2 of bond before joining the company which is not able to resign before 2 years.

Don't join in this company. There is no growth and people wont encourage freshers. No proper AC, washrooms, even drinking water .tgey use cheap quality water v5 which contains dust particles.. Its btr to leave this company don't prefer this company

I gained good knowledge in phycare.Hr department n mangers are good in phycare.

Salary is so less in phycare. Even Labour get good daily wages. Even hikes are less.No benefits, no allowences, no proper facilities.They even do not provide a tissue paper.work pressure is more in phycare. Working in phycare is just like going school. I never felt like am woking in corporate company. Sad for being an employee in phycare for 3 years.
