On time salary, literally nothing beyond that.

Ohh boy....i was unfortunate enough to land in a team lead by incorrigible clowns. You will eventually find out in the below reviews which team I am talking about. It's a cold calling job in which you'll be stuck with a crappy headphone asking people what network, bank or sedative they use to actually bare with this "research". Don't get lured during you campus placement about the numerous "incentives" you'll get while working here, the 1 year promotion, the retention bonus are all dependent on the numbers you bring to table by hook or by crook (trust me it'll either eat away you sanity or your character). My advice would be if you seriously need a job atleast weigh your options carefully because resignation is a theme here so it would be better to try for appropriate opportunities that are suitable to your domain, because honestly if a monkey could speak English and do ctrl c + ctrl v they will hire it. So be careful, be vigilant and stay away from here.

There is nothing really great about this organization. Everyday some one or the other gives resignation and the management does not even care about it.

Team members are very supportive to each other since management is pathetic for all

...ning on the floor. Most pathetic is 3-4 people who thought themselves as owners. The HR policies are for namesake which only benefits employer, incidents of harrassments, delays in salary, fake salary slips are all common in this organisation. One of the worst organization to work for

My TL and manager! Working environment is good but the people around makes it worst! If you are happy and they can see that on your face!! You are in trouble, they need dead employees with no expression and happiness and someone who licks their feet 24/7, gives them treat, pays for them in parties and gives free rides to home!! Argghh it was so bad.

Supportive colleagues and managers. Really good working environment.

Dislikes

You will be reminded from time to time that your primary job is calling. Zero skills development. Work satisfaction is nill. Do not join if you want to learn new things and develop skills for future. It is a glorified calling job. Coming to the data side that they provide to the client, it is biased, wrong, and done by insiders, and for the CATI interviews most of the respondents are not qualified to be part of the survey but they take their interviews anyway.
