Pay was good and the opportunity to learn was good.

But there was alot of work overtime, politics and issues with the teams. You were expected to go above and beyond and tests were kept so frequently as well as job roles were changed every 3 months. No job security.

Nothing to like about this company.

The amount of words will be inadequate to explain the drawbacks of this company. The structure has potential but the execution of the same is an injustice to the US Healthcare sector. There is no innovation, no ideas and certainly no job security. You try to put ideas you will be thrown out or laid off with no proper justification or there will be some sort of micromanagement technique applied to make sure they terminate your contract. They praise themselves highly of their values where in reality it's just on paper with no real application of those words in the work culture. The management is pathetic and they will not let anyone grow and work freely even if someone is providing good results. It's more of a dictatorship of the US based so called 'onshore' team on the Indian team and they happily accept it without any professionalism or courtesy.

Worst management. People are promoted without any proper reason and just because they have a connection with the higher management. They highly lack all the technical skills. Especially the TL's in the team are worst, they don't deserve the position they are in as they lack all the qualities a leader should posses. They don't even know what to say and what not to say. TL's promote a culture where the analyst should not reach out to the higher management directly. The people can't even move to another team if they wish and if they have the capabilities just because their manager doesn't want them to go, the HR's also supports this thing and they are vocal about the same. There is no process where someone can give a feedback to the management about their managers. So basically the analysts' are stuck with the process without any growth or any appraisals which they actually deserve.

You never know when this company can kick you out in five minutes. No job security. No benefits provided to the employees. The main festival of Hindus is Diwali and on that day, this company laid off many Indians without blinking an eye, showing no emotions and respect towards our biggest festival.

That it is permanent WFH.

The work environment is extremely toxic, to the point where the word 'toxic' feels inadequate. This hostile atmosphere is largely due to one senior manager who has fostered a culture of insincerity and favoritism. She expects employees to constantly engage in superficial pleasantries like asking, "How are you?" or "Where are you?" and rewards those who do so with growth opportunities and promotions. My team leader, who is clearly unqualified and lacks any real knowledge about the process or team management, holds her position solely due to this manager's influence. Recently, my team leader has even started training another employee in the art of flattery, instructing her on how to butter up the manager to secure promotions. Consequently, this employee has also begun engaging in the same superficial behavior to gain favor. This is the worst work environment I have ever encountered in my entire career. Promotions are clearly biased, with no men being promoted and only women who engage in this sycophantic behavior being given opportunities. New hires are being fast-tracked ahead of more experienced employees simply because they excel at this ingratiating behavior. The pervasive atmosphere of favoritism and insincerity makes it nearly impossible for anyone who values merit and hard work to succeed.
