Were good for all the gondia’s citizens. Agrawal sir blessed us in pandemic time. When there was everyone throwing their employees out. Sir was doing great even in lockdown.

Dislikes

Working time. As a married women I got exhorts bcz work time starts from 8am and end at 4:30pm but it always goes to 5 to 5:30pm.

Likes

They provided PCs for many employees to start work from home and stay safe from covid-19. Management is transparent. Good environment and work culture.

Dislikes

Having little bit issue related to leave. If I have to take leave then I have to inform 3-4 leaders that’s irritating. Company should make such rules through which it would easy for us. Same thing happen when we have to start new project. Again having little issue for daily status report. We have to inform to 2-3 leaders and also have to fill DSR. There should be only one daily status report process at the end of the day. The criteria to provide experience certificate should be 6 months rather than one year. Thank u

As a Fresher it is quite challenging if it's your first job. But then we intend towards learning and exploring. They let us meet many new techniques after that we have to be on our own. All it needs is personal proactiveness. And if it's on a small scale then it is quite obvious you can't expand.

Dislikes

The work policy. You just cant bring any innovation if you are a fresher even if you are aware how it should be. With my case it was a complete dominance by the team leader. He didn't gave us the liberty or freedom to think on our own. All he wanted us to think and do all the work according to the criteria he has developed. And if we ever tried to go out his limits he used to panic or took us to the manager. All the silly things he could do to us if we dare to step out. You aren't allowed to make even a simple mistake even if it is out of the fluctuating instructions. You have to cope up within minutes. Hell lot of pressure.
