...ty. 5.Management is only money minded. 6.In appraisal you will get only peanut.Think of a fresher who in 2 lacks package gets 8 percentage hike. 7.This company taught me how a company should not be run.

...n the trap easily. Even in probation period, you need to serve 3 month's notice. No Bench policy, HR will fire immediately without notice/pay. HR, Project Manager doesn't respond to your mail, chat for any Query or for Onboarding to project. Employees need to be in the ODC for 8.50 hours otherwise you will get mail to apply for LOP. Employee should maintain 6 productive hours otherwise you will get mail to apply for LOP if you fail to provide proper justification. No Shift allowance/CAB even you work in night shifts. Micromanagement with Pro hance tool No Work-life Balance, Worst company policies & culture, No Job Security. Company has implemented the policies primarily to create pressure or stress for the employees.
