... for their employees and work-life balance so designed leave policy accordingly. The pay package of company is quite excellent considering Vadodara as Head Quarter. I have been witnessing the significant growth of company in last 3 years. It has doble and triple folded in the last couple of years and seeing Owner's vision and passion I'm sure it will reach to the new heights.

If I'll find anything which is not satisfying will definitely come to edit my review.

...with flexible hours so that I could handle both - my child as well as my work. - I didn't face any financial crisis during my leave duration as the salary was always paid on time. It's a bliss to work under such management with so helpful colleagues.

What I love about Phonon? In the past one year, I have seen the org bring in so many opportunities for our growth, the product is growing everyday, the tech we are working on is brilliant, I have not seen anything like this in the IVR systems I have worked in different orgs before. Plus, the added benefit of having people you can rely on, especially the CEO and my immediate manager, speaks a lot about the culture of the company.

Dislikes

Work can be a bit hectic, but then again it is the same everywhere. No major cons that stop me from working here so far.

I love the fact that this job offers me a variety of tech to work with. Everyday the challenges it poses enhance my overall skill set as an engineer. I am glad I have mentors in the co-founders, who guide me to drive the product development to top notch levels. When you work here, you will feel at ease and at home because of the familial environment everyone throws your way.

I have been here for a year, but have not found any major cons.

A smart bunch of people, with a 'can-do' attitude. Changes are happening daily, the product is getting so many reiterations, growth opportunities are immense, and then you obviously have a great work-life balance.

Dislikes

Every org has its own cons, but as long as my work-life balance is not affected, I am okay.
