Seniors Manipulate Juniors & Give Them Fake promise about their Promotion & Appairasel. Seniors only complete their Target by juniors with fake promise & Upper Management never take follow up from ground level

Compared to other companies decent salary and job security, but if u dont grow in 2 years after staying in same position time to change job here...

Dislikes

As usual office politics only selected folks can grow but the company is really good .. And if u have excellent skills no one can stop u to grow here lots of opportunitys.

Good work and environment and culture, Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our address issues, Salary is decent but careor growth is very slow.

The lunch is provided. The half yearly outings were good earlier.

Dislikes

Cab costs 1500 deduction from salary, you won't grow or learn anything useful but it's a window dressing that they do is what they like to show. Too much of favouritism and biasness. Career Path Projects are a trap. Affairs inside the office and terrible moulding of bau of their people making exceptional cases. All manipulation and show off in LGBTQ community though giving none importance to mental health and even physical be it even pregnancy. Birthday leave, marriage leave, mourning leaves etc are not there anymore.

The guide lines of company are very clear and honest for everyone and I enjoyed the work in the starting days

Dislikes

After few months it's getting taste like bitter, too much of targets and pressure and salary hikes, management changed there whole working system with some mass selling
