There is nothing to learn. Company is slow in launching new products and products launched is of worst quality. As KAE you will have daily targets which you will have to meet otherwise you will need to give justification on evening call. Now KAE's job role has new name PAE ( Premium Account Executive). Attrition rate is high in KAE vertical.

There is no employee retention policies. I joined as a mba fresher there was only 1 days of virtual training for a "FIELD SALES" profile and only "ONE MONTH" of probation period. You have to wander aimlessly to onboard merchant. This should be a salesman profile for 12th pass candidates.

The guide lines of company are very clear and honest for everyone and I enjoyed the work in the starting days

After few months it's getting taste like bitter, too much of targets and pressure and salary hikes, management changed there whole working system with some mass selling

everything because its a field sales job and your manager and other higher authiorities will keep putting loads of pressure to meet the targets and behave very rudely even you complete the targets.

Working as KAE since 2022 and updating the present situation. JOB SECURITY, ON TIME SALARY. these 2 things are only remaing as a constant.

A marathon will start into your life which will never end. Too much Pressure, Micromanagement, salary deductions, Unfair TA, unfair incentive distribution, unclear and non weekend Friendly upper management is something new which recently have occurred. If a sale is not closed in a day even if you have met 30 clients and did basic working your present won't be marked. Performance, Performance, Performance. Numbers, Numbers, Numbers. You are a bottom performer. But it's a day to day story someday you do good some day you do nothing. SUCH THAT THINK AGAIN. Join if it's the last thing you can do.
