Compensation and benefits are satisfactory to a certain extent

Dislikes

1.Top management is not ready to accept the market realities and consider competition 2. Revenue Generation products are totally are not worth it and are just imposed to be sold 2. Micromanagement is to such an extent that sales people are tracked throughout the day with the help of an app 3. No strategies are in place, people of the regional manager level ask to achieve the target by Hook or Crook, seriously? 4. Start your day at 9.30 in the morning without knowing when it will end and don't ever try to question your manager 5. Many more...

The guide lines of company are very clear and honest for everyone and I enjoyed the work in the starting days

Dislikes

After few months it's getting taste like bitter, too much of targets and pressure and salary hikes, management changed there whole working system with some mass selling

Dislikes

There is nothing to learn. Company is slow in launching new products and products launched is of worst quality. As KAE you will have daily targets which you will have to meet otherwise you will need to give justification on evening call. Now KAE's job role has new name PAE ( Premium Account Executive). Attrition rate is high in KAE vertical.
