If you are belongs from specific community then it's ok if not then it's a great problem What is your performance it's doesn't matters if can buttering your manager & RSM then you are ok, ZERO solution from manager & RSM level but Resignation threats you can get continuously All though it's all about URBANA Jurisdiction; in Rural it's totally different culture,

The guide lines of company are very clear and honest for everyone and I enjoyed the work in the starting days

After few months it's getting taste like bitter, too much of targets and pressure and salary hikes, management changed there whole working system with some mass selling

On time salary. Saturdays and sundays off. And there is nothing ko like.

There is nothing to learn. Company is slow in launching new products and products launched is of worst quality. As KAE you will have daily targets which you will have to meet otherwise you will need to give justification on evening call. Now KAE's job role has new name PAE ( Premium Account Executive). Attrition rate is high in KAE vertical.

Senior not all but my experience was so worst he was behave like very weird & rude with me & my team and create conspiracy infact I had switched this company only Mr. Abhishek Tomar otherwise I didn't left this organisation.
