Fire and Safety audit and Fire fighting training given to project worker and our staff and Project management training and Evacuation drill per month.

Dislikes

Simple work permit report and Non Closer checking, daily hot work and Height work permit report and trening given him necessary first aid and CPR method for training for all staff.

Meet different people of the society,unusual challenges,interaction with customers,shopkeepers,involving with effective solutions.

Dislikes

Good Teammates,training needs improvement. likes and dislikes which had put a question mark on job security during my tenure,opportunities were good in career,salary appraisal again on likes of dislikes of manager,no chance of travel provided,as usual politics in work place, no appreciation for good work, plenty of chances and improvements achieved through out of box thinking innovations. being involved on job during public holidays,National Holidays there seems to be set back on work-life balance.
