The founder is egoistic. Even though the founder is very qualified, the team lacks proper structure. Favouritism is at its peak. They claim it's a chill place. Its not. People hurl slurs at each other as a joke. People keep on yelling, Misbehaving is the norm. They will make you cry for reimbursements for the money you spend out of your pocket at the events. communication is all over the place.

No Support at all. I Joined Phoenix on 09th Dec 2019. 21st March 2020 I was put on forced sabbatical on the pretext of COVID. No severance pay provided. From what I have heard they eventually put other colleagues on forced sabbatical as well.

Dislikes

They left us out in the cold at the first sign of trouble. I joined Phoenix on 9th Dec 2019. I was put on forced sabbatical on the pretext of COVID. No severance pay provided. From what I have heard my colleague were also let go in a similar fashion. Very unprofessional organisation.
