Company has laid off all its employees due to covid-19 mentioning financial crunches to be the cause. Interesting fact is that the senior management used to boast about the company whenever possible and they couldn't even handle 80+employee strength company from sinking. HR Has mentioned us while being interviewed that it's a 2billion USD company and we being the sole bread winners are out of two jobs within a month of joining.

Dislikes

Three months bonus for the ones who were liked by management.

Small teams working on their respective tasks creating good team work experience. Work delegation is also clear hence no work politics observed in low n mid level.

Dislikes

...n or shifting to other teams even you work for years. Kind of a working in BPO.. Low pay scale. BONUS and increment are so late so that employees dont leave or leave at loss..

I was not satisfied with my salary and the worst part was i had to work almost all Saturday without any pay and your timings were 9.30-6.30 but never had the chance to leave before 10..you never get appreciation for whatever hard work you put in..manager is very rude and annoying person..worst company for semi qualified CA

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts to employee ideas. In case you come up with new techniques and presentation skills, company always supports and recognizes the effort you put in. Company is expanding into various sectors and geographical locations. I get to travel abroad for audit. There is always scope for growth and learning.
