Dislikes

No job security, too much polytics, Non Ethical company If you are not in good book of HR and Sr team then anytime they will kick you. No policies. Higher management not even bother to notice you.

Except to salary awesome place to work, grow and learn new things with work life balance. No working pressure or liberal work environment like actual corporate organization. WFH facilities and lots of Benefit also provided. Flexible working hours that will also help us mentally and can focus on work while we are completely in comfort zone.
