Work life balance, very remote location, very much work load, I'm maintenance department u need more than 24 hours in a day to balance even though it seems less.

The company stands for carbon black production .we the maintenance department helps to give maximum production time by preventative maintenance. As a result we can avoi breakdown of equipment. Also I got an opportunity to get vibration analysis training. I am happy about our team work.

Only get less training.sometime has to work continuesly 12 to14 hrs.compensation is less.

Just know your boss before joining this organisation. If your boss is good then you can stay till your retirement period but if the boss is toxic he will not let you stay. Pl dont join Mr Sumit Sinha in project procurement department. He's phycological I'll. Six registration in just a period of six months is his achievement.

Senior or manager are not able to good behaviour with the bottom level employees, lot of extra work other than schedule work and overstay with out any pay
