There is two things.... Company doesn't provide any other benefits except salary. I have seen lots of people who worked as dealer last 15 to 20 years but no chance to grow for any other role.they just got the hike on salary if they do 5 times of their salary. Thanks.

Everything will depend on your boss, how he treats you. Very Kanjoos company. Every penny would be counted. As there is no system in place, your boss is only your future care taker.

Phillipcapital is really good for job stability. I am working here from last 14 years. Management really balance at the time of recession at with out loose any employee. I really grow with this company. But now i wnat to move on only due to i want to grow financially, i wish to implement new ideas use my knowledge which i have achive by compliting of my second year of BCA. To inhance my technical knowledge.

Alauddin shaikh AVP of compliance he can destroy career and life of middle class girl he is working seems 9 year so no one can complain or else he will blame you and make fake case he can do anything because he has power and money

There are so many wonderful things about working for the company. My favorite is probably the flexibility I have with my hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone.

I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements. I am supposed to follow the orders of my superior, and that's it.
