Good Culture, HR policies, car lease scheme is just awesome, unlimited sick leave, Learning opportunities, Internal Movement Opportunity, Global mindset. Work pressure is low, global connect can lead to longer working hours but it's flexible, No in-out attendance monitoring. Can stay here for long term. Working depends on your Manager, My manager has been extremely supportive and focuses on overall employees growth.

...ery less work on NPI and advanced development. Core Tech folks can stay away. Huge pay disparity between similar experience employees. Dept to Dept wise also too much variation. Grading system is unclear. New Jargon of "Diversity" candidates -promoting females for specific roles. This is contrasting to equal opportunity employer. Recent growth outlook and recalls have damaged brand reputation badly.

Big MNC... Deep pockets... They pay you well and there is relatively less work pressure... Work from home.. No fixed timings.. No tracking. They give you some work and leave you alone. Up to individual work ethics to see a project to completion or spin loops to get away from doing anything

No job security. India is the donkey work hub. No one in the leadership team has any authority or any idea on what's going on. Work flows from NL or US and they may decide at any point that they don't want work with Indian people and then entire teams are laid off. Reorg happens every 6mnths. You could join as a head and after 6mnths you are probably working hand on on some task unrelated to what you were hired for. Policies all confused... Basically India org is a compleye mess and is only managing under a strong brand name.

They don't give the salary and benefits they have promised. There is no job security. They is no room for learning and applying. They give negligible hike or no hike. The people are non cooperative. Bad working environment. They don't give freshers a fair chance to learn and prove themselves.
