Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Likes

Working in the philippines is closer to family or considered home or comfort. You speàk same lànguage ànd additionàl knowledge is at reàch. Càreer growth is limited since few positions àvàilàble on higher positions. Newly graduates are avàilàble and at cheaper pày.

Whàt i dislike working in Philippines, is lesser pày. Work politics is present. Comfortàble environment means also stàgnàtion of knowledge and career growth.
