Good working place and comfortable. Salary pay is very good. Performance based hikes will be provided. A person of complete dedication towards their work will be encouraged. Very lenient atmosphere and a calmful place for working. The bosses are very casual and very friendly, giving a feel of working with the peaceful mind. No pressure in the work. PF, ESI will be deducted. 100% safe place for women to work. Celebrations will be great.

Saturdays are working, which could be a half a day leave.

Without bonuses employees receive a stable salary leading to more predictable financial planning. There's no dependency on variable income. Could be consider Saturday will be week off.

Management will pay your salary in time but if you put your papers , they won’t settle to your account and make you struggle to revive the last salary that’s why many employees will quit without any notice period .

Dislikes

They will promote there well wisher for promotion rather considering other employees qualification and experience. Even a telecaller will question the head of the dept and other experienced managers . Management is that bad

...there is less work or no work on Saturday, we have to go to office for full day. Biased management, no appreciation, no appraisal, no bonus, no recognition, and no talented senior managers. Those who work there for more than 5 years are completely waste. Don't believe their words ever. They feel so proud to say US based company but seriously they not even behave like an Indian company, completely non professional. Many things the reviews which you see on Google is totally fake, only 20% of the reviews are genuine from the customers. All other reviews is 100% FAKE and they forced all the employees to post it mandatory including me. You don't believe this was assigned as a task for everyone in the company to post 1 review weekly from different email ID's. If not, forced us to post it from our parents, friends and relatives email IDs. This was the cheapest thing ever they can do by cheating the customers.

...ork only what they say, no additional inputs invited and actually zero benefits. They prefer experienced people who come for low salary. DO NOT believe there words what they say initially in the interview. They will say that the salary will be increased after 3 months as per your expectation based on your performance but trust me whatever you perform they will not do it atleast minimum 6 months (This also happens only if you pressure them alot from your end). Also, very important point is, you have 0% job security in this company. They will just call you and say non sense reasons to take you out the job and ofcourse we have to leave properly to collect the final documents from the company. Very ashamed to say this reason, that they prefer only appearance first than talent or skill or your performance in the interview.
