Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Very good experiences with this company.i have learnt more thing than expecting on farmer level.i knew the problems & needs of farmers on field level nearly.we have focused 80% on farmer level & 20% on sales channel level.it's a great chance & better experiences as an expectations.And also thanks to our comfort, energetic, friendly & helping team,who gives us chance to perform better & comfortablely.have a good team work with understanding to each other.thanks company & more thanks to our team.

By mine understanding, something wrong in this firm related to salary.if staffs belongs to own local area,his/her salary is satisfactory,but who staffs belongs to other area(other block or districts)his/her salary isn't satisfactory, because distribution of salary for both types staffs are equal.so it's wrong as an expenditure.pls. think about it.
