Stupid management. Don’t know how to handle employees. Everyone is jealous of each other. Top management is full of lies and deceit. Majority male senior people are partial towards women. Absolutely clueless on what’s going on.

Office hour was 09:30 to 05:15, but now its changed to 05:45 so nothing to like now about this organisation now.

Dislikes

...raisal you will get filthy and cheap motivation instead of talking about salary. They pursuade you to pay your day to day expenses by motivation only. If you want to pay fees and other expenses they will say, money is not needed you can pay all these expenses by motivation. So here motivation is the official currency. Worst management i have ever seen. Join if you want cheap motivation and counting the pillars of success.

There is nothing that should be liked about this company. The top management need to know that we got independence in 1947

...ets but no increments 4. Recent increments 600 Rs. per month. 5. Strict timings. Salary deducted even if you are late for 1 second. 6. Monetary benefits to officers are not even comparable to labourers.

The learning of new research activities, making daily mailers, and research reports on different aspects of commerce, trade, industry, etc.

In terms of salary, it is very disappointing. Very low salary. Not the following industry standard of paying salary.

ASSOCHAM is a good organization to work for. Specially one can learn a lot from it. Work culture is good. The main advantage of working here is that one can make some very good contacts with the industry people here.

Salary is not as per the industry standard. No proper training is provided to the new joinings.
