Office hour was 09:30 to 05:15, but now its changed to 05:45 so nothing to like now about this organisation now.

Dislikes

Poor appraisal, if you go to talk for appraisal you will get filthy and cheap motivation instead of talking about salary. They pursuade you to pay your day to day expenses by motivation only. If you want to pay fees and other expenses they will say, money is not needed you can pay all these expenses by motivation. So here motivationis the official currency. There is nothing that should be liked about this company. The top management need to know that we got independence in 1947

Dislikes

1. No bonus. 2. No respect to employees. 3. Management gives big targets but no increments 4. Recent increments 600 Rs. per month. 5. Strict timings. Salary deducted even if you are late for 1 second. 6. Monetary benefits to officers are not even comparable to labourers.
