I used to like my work but when they overload, that's where the dislikes occur

Dislikes

Overloading of work Salary deduction without any reason No personal life remains Not adhering to the policies of their own as well as governmnent (like maternity policy) Kicked me out without paying the whole salary and maternity leave benefits are out of question here.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
