Hr is the worst she promised all fakewhich can't be true. CEO ask to wait 5-6hr for interview Calls at evening time awkward time. No manners speaks loudly. Everyday plan change, no vision. Even office boys are interfering alot. Pathetic company. KAM are so bad n childish. One of the TL thinks she is the CEO of d company. She wants her way that's it. Sales manager busy in playing games,. No hopes no growth. No vision. No future. CEO doesn't give increment based on performance, gives by looks n buttering performance.

The co-workers were friendly and mean at the same time, they will talk to you only when they need something. The CEO used to only talk about big stuff but was capable of doing nothing.

Dislikes

The CEO used to criticise every employee as he was never happy with anyone's work. No proper management as the rules changes every now and then. You are not allowed to take leaves as they will scold you for not being serious at your work.

The work place will drain you mentally. TL HAVE AFFAIRS WITH THE BOSSES, sales manager busy screwing up, they make the junior suffer , no policies nothing , mental harassment and no streamlining of work , everyday plan changes , no increment, no sources , what will a person sell, just big talks big shows and hell like culture
