To get decent package need to wait atleast 2-3 years..

Company policies are good, appraisal are not so fair for the dedicated resources only who are favour to management/manager will get decent appraisal and designation. Management is transparent but some of the management people are not qualified to be there in their position. Teammates are supportive and good work environment but no good work culture it need to be improved so that every resource can balance their work and life

Dislikes

Some of the Managers needs to be polite and think of from the resource situation they need to trained to have high managerial skills like how to handle the resource. This needs to address by the management immediately to improve the quality of the company

Colleague's and TL's are Friendly, if we have any issues officially or personally management support in all the way. As of now I dont want to worry about appraisal. They gave or give as per work or performance.

In my personal opinion I don't have anything to dislike.

Policy is good It is suitable company only for girls

Job security is poor ( 2 times termination happened for very silly reasons) Management believe useless people's statement. Knowledgeable person is not there. Simply don't join - because I have 3 years experience in that company. Whole experience is useless

Career growth - I was joined Nov 2014 my role is changed every year because of my hard work+smart work they notice the people who are all working hard+smartly there's growth will be linear. I'm very much thankful to making good platform for me
