There is no leave for SL , CL after a lot of request leave is granded. A lot of trouble is faced in getting salary and specially for expence . If a health issue is caused in the working hour a sick leave or a emergency leave is given very hardly. No immediate step is taken for any matter , manager is rude and sometime cruel as well in behaviour , doesnt tries to understand anyones problem but only thinks of the companies profit wheather it effects anyone or not . Atlast I would like to end up by saying that now I am an ex-employer of PHARMARAC TEC PVT.LTD of around 3months and I haven't yet got my expence of last 2 months which is around Rs.5000

Salary used to come on time. Seniors supported. That's why I enjoyed working and used to work in the market till late and bring results.

At the beginning of my tenure, I spent most of my time in a good, healthy environment where everyone got along with everyone else. Then after a certain limit, I experienced horrible politics and job insecurity , no growth . There is alot of politics and the management doesn't Address our issues even after raising complains to the higher authorities. This literally caused me to become depressed and ill and I decided to leave . Pharmarack Technologies could be a great place to work if management left internal politics behind

...re employees. They tell us to activate the deactivate area in 1st three days.. Seniour person giving less salary . As per previous experience Rsm is insulting your at very 1st day. Fake management .total waste of time. They don't want to honest employees. . While doing work..he will doing demotivated to you.. Here is giving training of bde on field of 7 days they complete training of bde in 1 day.. Here is no freedom for employees. Total time west.
