Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

This is a good company for growth's & development skill and neutralize .it's given all facilities all the employees for grow up and find/analysis .I am interest in analysis and find out new molecular and developed new method of analysis for testing of new compound/new drugs.

It’s a cash base and growing company

Dislikes

Everything- poor management- no policies - everything is so personal as business is run by family. No security for your job , anytime can be removed and finance people don’t have dignity only. And workings hours is 11 , no work life balance. They don’t understand people work here are migrants , they are keeping their family back in their countries.no sense of talking to people
