Zero work life balance may have to work 80-90 hours a week, will get call anytime from managers you can get sacked anytime without any notice period or money. they have weird policies and is the most inconsiderate company I have worked for

Likes

-Organisation have really good projects in analytics, forecasting, etc -They do conduct trainings which are helpful for upskilling -Some managers are so well and do care for employees. If you get chance to work under them, you don't even think of any challenges

Dislikes

... is bond of 3.5 years and after that they get email about re-signing bond for 3.5 years or leave the company (If you leave within 3 years, you need to pay more than 7 lakhs rs) - One employee had emergency family issue and asked for work from home, they didn't allow him, rather put him into the non compliance - Freshers cannot switch into 6 leading Pharma consulting companies because of exit clauses while company hire the people from same companies - Company make so many promises about career growth during Pre placement talks, in JDs but in reality they don't fulfil till the time you resign - Many of the top colleges, universities put this organisation into blacklist

The training is good but apart from that not a company worth working for.

Dislikes

It's a trap for freshers. Great for laterals good salary, but they hire freshers at dirt cheap salary. Have a 3 year bond for freshers. Don't join this company if you are a freshers. Most of your salary would be in retention bonus which you will have to return if you leave before 3.6 yrs.

The senior leadership is easily approachable as compare to big organizations.

Dislikes

The compensation structure is designed poorly. Workload is terribly high as number of resources is very low. People hesitate to join PharmaACE because of poor compensation structure.

There everything is to dislike one day they told everyone that you all are going to bms and they put us in 9 months of training and after that tooo there was no surety you will have to go through various evaluations and there is good possibility that you will not be flipped and also they pay very minmal amount not enough to survive
