i joined this company as a Field service engineer , they used to clean up their office scrap by the employees , some employee are not even 8 th pass , they mis behave with you , but if you have no option you can join but you have to self learn the things people are not going to tell u or train you, if you are a diploma student polytechnic then it can be a Good carreer you do 2 years here and after that it is easy to go to big companies like siemens and GE But be aware the politics is very tough and you have to make your own decision . Remember it is 24 * 7 Job you cannot say at night i am sleeping , if the breakdown will arise you have to go .

Hr manager preeti is very illiterate Maine yha kaam nhi kiya hai mujhe interview ke liye bulaya tha yaha pr mai fresher hu or mujhse gine chune swal puchne lagte hai ki shield cooler kaise charge hta hai ye wo Or ye fresher ko 12k dete h or bolte h ki ane ka time hai jane ka nhi hai or na hi overtime dete h only 12000 or conveyance ke wo b field ke jao to or diploma btech mangte h upar se bond sign krate h 3 saal ka or penality 2 lac 12000 ki job me b 2 lac ki penalty kon deta hai andher nagri h aisi companies pr govt ko action lena chaiye

There is ZERO skill development in this organization I have ever seen in any company, and there is no clear job security, they dont provide salary break up or slip
