No Job security, very toxic culture, if you not achieve targets your salary will be on hold or will be not credit, management is too bad specifically there 2nd company Qtest Diagnostic and lab please thing twice before joining, no family life is there

Being an employee ,worked as a branch manager and got to know the overall admin process and management experience.

Dislikes

Few of the employee has been released within a period of month just due to one of vijaya diagnostic has been taken over this PH and vintage employee has been laid off. Totally dissatisfied being an loyal employee Work balance seems to be zero, totally disappointed. I will sugget not to join this company.

There is nothing to like in this place not worth even thinking of joining

Dislikes

One women running it as if she owns the place and this company runs as per liking or dislikes. Very egoestic lady and owner only listen to her. Very bad management, HR is useless. They will spoil your carreer.

It has patient flow from corporate sector. Management is preety good. Staff is trained.

Dislikes

It has tie up with Vijaya diagnostic centre and they put indirect pressure for daily patient count which is not in doctors hand.

Its good to be as an employee of P H D C, I loved the company. I dont think there is scope for oinnovation but best to learn every basic things. For freshers it is excellent start of their career.

Dislikes

Infrastructure is worst. Team mates are not well qualified as I am.
