Nothing.. very corrupt and harassing type of administration

...ng.. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.They don't provide you with experience certificate. They ask you to do class 3 and 4 work like completing files and depositing them.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
