...agement is Worst, HR just calls you in cabin and fires you without prior notice. They give you the reason we don’t have funds to give you salary, after that again start hiring.

-> After firing HR will always call you on whatsapp instead of normal one because they don’t want you to record it or I think they are having fear of doing it wrong. -> Main joke is their Bond at the time of joining which is a total scam. All the terms are in company’s favour. -> They say after 3 months probation will get cleared which is a fraud , they will always put you in that so that they can fire you anytime they want. -> Think about twice before joining the company if you don’t want to struggle in your career. They recently fired more employees, don’t care if you’re performing outstanding.

1.) PGEIN has a great skill of firing employees without prior notice. 2.) If they fire you it means they are not firing you, you are resigning from your position. 3.) Their probation period is little different from other companies it has starting point but never ends doesn't matter for how long you have been working with them it will never complete. Every company should adopt this policy….

I would strongly advise anyone considering working with PGEIN to run in the opposite direction as fast as possible. Their management support is a joke and nonexistent when you need and salute to their commitments….. save your self and find reputable company to work with instead. Trust me you will thank later.

Everything, Internal politics, no professionalism, no appraisal, no appreciation, even in night shift cabs were not provided, while using own vehicle no conveyance facility. If you want to ruin your resume and career please go ahead.

Company is very nice in terms of work life balance. They have fun activities every friday. Abhi Sir is really nice Boss

I never liked my team leader. She was very much partial and used to judge people on the basis of their looks.

Working here has been a great experience since I joined the company, There is so much to learn every day and my managers also help me a lot with my everyday responsibilities.
