Nothing is good, no holiday, 12 hours shift, no food any facility, lack of expertise, low pay scale, treating an engineer as a helper, No any technical graduatec Engineers for process, only experienced person handling machine, Only two supervisor handling 40 machines, material and other work, no trouble shooting meeting, nothing for quality, no fix manpower, daily manpower changing

I joined as a Quality Assurance Engg., But they kept me as a Quality control supervisor, no good engineers, using loose language, if showing any quality problem to them, Top management also supporting theme

Very well. I work in surface mount technology And outdoor line also worked. Work is good no doubt. Thankyou.

...rls but also for boys. Most importantly the canteen food needs to be improved. And it is better to pay monthly salary between 1st and 5th

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of mesh in terms job responsibilities. Salary is decent but extra allowance in less. There should be extra curricular activities and some relaxation activities to the employees. No employee welfare is there, no transportation to the Engineers.

Overall compny is good but too much politics and team not support to anyone..like tourchering and very much irritation, skilled person not able to work freely..
