Good compensation according market standards. Will get a chance to work on Niche technologies Free food.

No Job security. Hire and Fire process. No matter how much skilled you are. You will be fired with out any cause. I have seen best employee of the year got fired with in the quarter after he received award by saying performance is bad. God knows. Promotions and hikes are very bad.

1.Leaning new tools and getting open to new skills 2. PFSWeb leadership stackholders has supported a lot in this pademic situation of COVID-19. Likewise employee satefy and WFH approval of all the employees E.g: Direct interaction with Onshore teams which gives better knowledge to know what is going on development and requirements side. Daily teams calls with all dev and testing team

Dislikes

1.Work culture needs to be Improve specially in India Office 2. Some Managers scare the employee taking advantage of your position. 3. One person will have so many reporting manages out of which all the manages will have there own way of working and managing things and employee gets affected a lot in this. Mental disturbance given by the managers. 4. Drastic change in way of talking and words used by the managers when no one from higher level or leaderships persons are available

The company is good to learn new things and colleagues are really good and we work happily. I like employee re-hire policy here.

Not adapting new technologies. I do receive appreciation emails from client but unnoticed during appraisals.

This is really more than awesome word is. In this orgnization team work matters a lot. Though I am working here as lead engineer but environment is really cool and if you are ready to gauntlet then you would get benefit back.

As far as my experience, I would say I never get any disappointment as far as learning and working is concerned.
