1) There should be a compulsory tour allowance for every employee & arrange travel tour by company. 2) Salary increment should be more than 12 % because employee should beat inflation rate. 3) Expecting a reading room/library at every site. 4) In India there should be compulsory Diwali vacation at least for 5 day because its big festivals like Christmas but some managers continues operation in Diwali time also , that should be stop.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

the compensation is very low and the in terms of package it provides very less and ultimately you will lag behind i terms of promotion or pay scale growth

Company not spoken to bottom level employee during the close.top level personal only getting more benifits. Senior employee not getting benefits when final settlement.
