Sales management You have achive your target anyway. Either ethical or unethical. 1st line has no work rather sending you various new type of formats every week last day . So your holiday get hamper. Management has no idea about market and provide un natural growth of 25% to 30% every year. Totally buttering and oiling base management. Higher management knows everything but till they silance. Increment is not based on your performance and achievements. Rather than it's based on how much you can do buttering your 1st line and 2nd line.

They give us the salary for work in a singel company but want and force to do work for 2companies. Specially the ABMs r alaways try to force you beyond Working boundarys. Nobody listen to MR's.

Dislike- Company top management in india are idiot. They think pfizer is their own company don't know how to run pfizer in india and they just show to pfizer main HQ in America that how good they are going by crushing employees at every aspect.. Termination and vrs are just ready.. every load on field force managers during tough time just protect themselves lot's of politics here management don't care about field employee and job security is horrible... Pfizer india is not obeying global policies of pfizer here sales are unhygienic. not with policies. top management of pfizer in india are running pfizer like third grade company..

My joining from 2019 . 2019 to2020 golden period for employees like salary, incrementhigh incentive. 2020to till very bad condition...

Pfizer project to give GOAPPTIV pvt.Ltd. no one scientific knowledge even ABM&ZBM also. TE working like sales man no scientific knowledge no detailing focus. Only work for chemist and stockists. 2 application from GOAPPTIV channel pay and channel paisa ... Every 5 order from channel pay app how is possible? .... Dear pfizer please stop project to GOAPPTIV.

good and timely compensation. Early increment letter. Good incentive policy , no criteria or terms and conditions complexity.

This company is not suitable for frontline workers. They don't respected as deserved, they don't have proper information about company planning or their job will remain or not . Randomly any time Pfizer withdraw division and terminate employees. Too much pressure to implement alian strategy, which is not effective in Indian scenario. Maybe Pfizer HO jobs are good and happy.
