There is nothing to like about this company. Yes , they give chance to fresher but they pay very less and only those people get job who has some reference. You will learn how to handle pressure .

...ny is poor not terrible . Most of the time you have to work after day off ...... without any pay not even for food

Good work environment and culture. But management is not transparent.company policy are good as salary payment bonus schedule is fix every month and year.

There is a lot of policy and management are not provided family room accommodation but batchlor accommodation is provided.
