Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Pexi Chem is an innovative technology oriented company whose products are reliable in terms of high consistent quality with excellent customer service. The company has a global presence especially in Africa & Middle east countries. As a part of my job responsibilites, I frequently travel abroad to maintain existing customers and develop newer markets.

Dislikes

The company is manufacturing products which have very low margins due to which the financial circle gets disturbed quite frequently as company, many a times, is not able to generate sustainable profits. Due to this financial stress, payments to vendors are many a times delayed.
