Strictly a one way path. If you resigned you will lose notice period pay, retention bonus money, gratuity etc., Company will file a case against you. One page named competitor list consists of all the relevant engineering companies are listed. your task will be assigned to work a day 12 - 14 hrs to completed the task. Appraisal process will start in April month and finish in June month but the Increment letter will be released in September or October month. If you resign before appraisal letter release you will not be paid any hike amount. simply they are not genuine in exit formalities. Your will lose money in lakhs during exit

Toooooo much of work pressure.. higher official have no technical knowledge and don't know how to process the package model.
