Benefits package is considerably good. Flexible working hours give employee room for ensuring work-life balance. Brand building is so impactful that many look up to the people who carrying the company name. Target setting is streamlined in top-down approach. Meetings usually come with lots of free food.

Dislikes

Its legacy system and culture is too rigid to change. Too many procedures and guidelines keep confusing people and sometimes look ridiculous. HR does not do Talent Development well, especially for performance assessment and staff career development. Many good staff left the company due to their frustration with unfair management and do-nothing HR giants. Thus, the company can end up with a lot of brain drain. Company politics feel heavy and sometimes unbearable. Overall, it is not a place for young dynamic and creative people. You feel old & backward looking to work there.
