...inutes to eat.Due to contractual system employees who are highly qualified (e.g. Bachelor's in Engineering) are not paid well and due to which exact and desired salary is not provided.

Proper job/work is not given according to designation assigned to person.(e.g. Jr. production Executive should be provided with job/ work with his designation given rather useless work which dosent mean to be usefull in future is given to perform.Contractual system should not be their in MNC.Being part of Petronas makes me proud.

Only salary in time.

Dislikes

No proper distribution of work. All work load given to AM and no help from superior, no support. No job security and no work life balance, only on day off and then also have to come on Sunday's. Have to be online 24x7. No responsibility taken by superiors.

Company and HR is really cooperative.Upper management is good. Product quality is excellent.

Dislikes

Middle management very poor. They don't support employees. The working culture of middle management is like begging to channel partner.

It is good quality product , specially team support is well, promotional activities also great, attractive schemes are there to convince customers to buy these products.. commitments fullfill successfully..

Slow updating the advanced packs. No brandings and adds to visible for customers,

If you are close to your boss then this company is like government company, even if you don't work you will get everything Rest of the guys are treated like steet Dog .

Dislikes

Nothing I liked in this company ,all senior staff actually department head work in such a way ,how he can make money from different sources .
