Contractual Job No job security Most of the people are on deputation so they don't care about the organization They treat contract employees like labour if you are hard working or have any godfather, you will survive otherwise they will make your life hell

Likes

It does have potential to do a lot in terms of a Regulatory but it is sinking due to toxic work culture maintaining by CPSE/other central govt officers deputed at PNGRB and their favourism for many issues and many genres.

Dislikes

Its simply the toxic work culture. Every one knows about PNGRB Act and other parameters.So, everyone is ready to accept the limitations of PNGRB. Some officers who even abuse Consultants very openly also but no action is taken on them.

I enjoy most about working with the PNGRB is working on policies and reguations and compliance of the diffrent diffrent regulations follow by the entity

Dislikes

There was no such task in PNGRB that we did not want to learn or was not worth learning,Those were very important tasks for us to carry forward in our lives.
