Now a days working environment is very worst due to indian management. Previously it was fantastic in terms of package and holidays. Currently very worst thing i noticed that posting wrong people to the positions hence professionallism is missing.

Good work environment and culture. My Teammates are supportive and management is not transparent. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I states that every company has itsown draw backs. If we compared with good quality and draw back we can see the demerits are very far away from the good quality of the company. So we can not consider as these are an issue. So I really like to work the renowned institute I proud of it.

...apply a high pressure for workers,sometimes they push as to late into the night. there is not evaluate the competent persons, there is no training , no bonus and no grade change.
