...like 8.30 AM to 5 PM , Staffs supposed to get Sunday time off for personal work. , less salary , Holding salary intentionally.

Salary on time, how you are, company also will be to u.. have more work to do..if any one loves working..

Dislike is some thing equivalent to hate..but it has to be mentioned as improvement. Any individual or collective of individuals-organization shall have a scope for improvement. Clarity at first instance on scope of work. Need to implement mentor and guidance to Juniors and entry level professionals.

...ons celebrated in GRAND WAY! Satisfactory medical coverage and insurance policy. Salary on time always! Increment structure is also good. My overall experience is good with this company and my team.

Without prior intimation company will hold salary, when you ask for your pending salary, HR Suhas will not help you. Even if you work for late night up to 4 am , company will not arrange for for you, and if any shortfall for 15 mnts for working hours in attendance,lead will force you to apply 1/2 day . No learning nothing here, you just follow Lagos Team words, no calculations no standard application. Lunch in Vadodara by company but it will spoil your health. To work you need a good infrastructure, company will not provide you Keyboard they will ask you to bring your own. No softwares , no documents controller. Engineer has to work like a document controller. I will suggest not to join this company.

They have excellent and innovative Tricks and techniques to cheat employees, suppliers and business partners. Be careful

Holding employee salary for 2 months and extracting job for 7 days in a week. No professionalism. Poor mentality, owners think that employees are dogs and donkeys.
