Security means the facility controlling to some extend my company is good. about developments, the company give a good overseas and internal training with double two Aids bonus ,appraisals and salary every year are very good.

Dislikes

The company’s promotion system is very complicated, and the benefits after service are weak, as well as there is no incentive to buy a car or housing.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
