Good environment and all managers are supporting they tell us how to build our skills they are providing training as well and also giving us product knowledge.

There is no cafeteria and there is a bit politics and salary is decent but the career growth is extremely slow.

No any help with the company.only they order do work. I don't get any experience and no salary since 3 months.

HR management do not help any sector. Like no communication and no followup. They are continually ignoring my call during lockdown.

People are always ready to help each other.

Employee exploitation. Longer working hours with less pay. Extremely slow growth. Company has no money to give it to its employees as incentive even after achieving big targets. False hopes about growth. Work place discrimination.

No job security at franchises payroll,every one want results without investments(salary issues),management is good but only for store,company not supportive for staff,they supportive only franchises... But overall I learn oppression and management..

I,m very disappointed abouts franchises & company... Personal growth is zero & not supportive at covid-19-20... Not give us salaries....it's very disappointed for me...
